1. What Forjex keeps
When you make an account we keep your name, username, email, date of birth, and the photo you add. We also keep the workouts and meals you log, the posts and messages you send, and the files you upload.
Some things stay off until you say yes: Apple Health, extra body details (height, weight, and similar), and the GPS points from an outdoor walk, run, or cycle. You can change those later in Settings.
2. Who can see it
A new account at your age starts private. That means people you have not accepted cannot read your profile or your posts. Friends leaderboards and new message requests start off too. You can change those settings. If you attach a place to a post, anyone who can see the post can see the place.
A coach you hire can see the training you share with them. Forjex staff can see reports and the messages you send to support.
3. What happens automatically
Feed and Explore use how you interact with posts, information about each post, recency, and safety rules to decide what to show you. Safety checks can hide a post or comment. If something of yours is hidden, Settings > Content decisions is where you appeal. A different person reviews that appeal.
4. What you can ask us to do
In the app you can export your data, delete your account, or open Privacy rights. Privacy rights lets you object where we rely on legitimate interests, ask us to restrict some processing, complain, or ask how automated processing worked. You can also email contact@reliabilityworks.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge a rights request or data-protection complaint within five working days and normally respond within one calendar month.
5. If you want to complain to someone else
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at any time. It is usually helpful to write to us first and keep a copy, so we have a chance to fix the problem: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/data-protection-complaints. Their phone number is 0303 123 1113.
